Dan Morse concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, general corporate law, and tax and succession planning for privately-owned businesses and their owners. His experience includes the preparation and implementation of all estate planning documents, including wills, trusts and marital property agreements, advising clients in the use of financial durable powers of attorney, powers of attorney for health care and living wills, as well as probate, estate and trust administration, and disputes involving estates and trusts. Mr. Morse develops plans for his clients that minimize taxes, and also handles compliance issues arising in connection with income, estate, gift, inheritance and excise taxes. He has experience developing business succession plans, using stock restriction agreements, family limited partnerships and voting trusts. In addition, Mr. Morse is a Certified Public Accountant.
